These terms describe how you may use the enow app. By installing and using the app, you agree to them.
What the app is
Enow helps you observe hunger, fullness and eating habits, and offers educational material about eating behaviour. It is not a medical device: the app doesn’t diagnose, doesn’t prescribe treatment and doesn’t replace a doctor, dietitian or therapist.
Your health
Before changing how you eat, talk to a doctor if you have a chronic condition, take medication that affects appetite or weight, have had an eating disorder, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you feel unwell, seek medical help and don’t rely on the app.
Age
The app is intended for people aged 13 and over.
Free and “as is”
The app is free. We work to make it run well, but provide it “as is” and don’t promise specific results such as weight loss: they depend on many factors.
Your data
Your entries are stored only on your device; see the Privacy Policy for details. We can’t recover them if your phone is lost or the data is deleted, so backups are up to you.
Rights to the app
The app’s texts, lessons, design and code belong to its author. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy or distribute its materials without permission, except where the law expressly allows it.
App Store
If you installed the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its support.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for decisions about eating or health made based on the app, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will appear on this page with a new date. If you keep using the app after changes, you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. This doesn’t take away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
